Four Stages of Spiritual Awakening:
Stage One: The Spiritual Seeker - the part of you that’s enmeshed with the VICTIM: Ever found yourself in a mental hamster wheel? At this stage, you're probably caught in a mental loop, always talking about your issues as if you're a step ahead of them. Usually, you're oblivious to the fact that you're even stuck. You self-criticize, get stuck in stories of the past, and validate your own struggles to anyone that will listen. Health and sleep issues are often accompanying nuisances here.
Stage Two - The Validation Seeker: Here, you're the achiever, the performer. You're stuck in the "I know I should be doing this, but I'm not" mindset. You understand the big picture, but it's not yet a part of your being. You want to have evidence of it working before you take action. You need to be in control of everything to feel safe and secure. You need to know and be in control of how much money is coming in. Often, you find yourself declaring your embodiment to everyone else - usually, a telltale sign you're trying to convince yourself. You tie your worth through likes, views, and any form of external validation, but deep down, you know the results and relationships aren't there.
Stage Three - The Grounded Achiever: Now we're getting somewhere! This is where you're fully embodied in your legacy. You're grounded, present, and seeing the fruits of your labor. You've crafted your own support systems and found a place of safety and security. It's all coming together.
Stage Four - The Unified Master: This is it, the ultimate state of spiritual awakening. You're able to let go of the world of contrasts, of black and white, of either/or, and enter into a state of all-encompassing wholeness. Portal Three: Stabilize Into Your Mastery Mentorship
Now that you’ve unearthed the healer within, it’s time to refine your craft. Over three captivating months, you’ll blossom into the role of a healer, taking clients under your wings. But worry not, you’re not alone; I’ll be right there, offering tailored mentorship & guidance every step of the way.
THE SPECIFICS: Your 34hrs will be a combination of practice hrs with your fellow healers, application hrs with clients, self study & group/individual mentorship w/ me
Portal Four: Root to Rise & Business Acceleration
This is the crescendo of your journey. A sacred space for introspection, evaluation, and consolidation of all that you’ve experienced and learned. Here, you’ll ground yourself like the mighty oak, then spread your branches towards the sky as you step into your newfound power and identity as a certified breathwork healer and somatic coach.
THE SPECIFICS: 6hrs combining 1:1 with me, self-reflections, and final steps towards
Portal One: Embodied Education
Picture this as laying down the bedrock of your awakened, purpose-driven existence. You’ll immerse yourself in the fundamental wisdom and tools essential for transformation. This phase is all about education that seeps into the very core of your being, becoming a part of who you are.
THE SPECIFICS: 16hrs zoom calls over 8 weeks plus an additional 4hrs of self study; 20hrs total;
Portal Two: Walk the Talk
Jet off to the enchanting landscapes of Spain, where the magic truly begins. For one intense, soul-stirring week, you’ll dive into the depths of your being, navigate your own transformation, and re-emerge as an inspired healer. This is where the theory meets practice, and you learn to heal by healing.
THE SPECIFICS: 40hrs in person with a combination of practical teaching hrs, self-development and facilitation mastery training;
